Whether you’re looking for beginners yoga in Cardiff or you’re at a higher level, join us at Soul House Yoga to start your yoga classes in Cardiff. Firstly, you can enjoy your practice in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Secondly, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga, breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (asanas), sun and moon salutations, sacred chants and much more. We also offer classes of meditation in Cardiff that often integrate into our yoga classes.

In addition, we offer scheduled yoga classes as well as private one to one or group yoga classes in Cardiff – perfect if you want to try it out with your friends.
